Not just exercise, more importantly Educational. ⁣I’ve created an educational library to give you the tools you can take forward for the rest of your life.⁣

I don’t believe in perfection, I believe in consistency. ⁣Having full support of myself and your other team members to help you for when life throws a curveball at you. ⁣Having 1-2-1 access to me , helping solve the problems. Instantly helping you move forward.⁣

 

 

Accountability

Just like when I played Rugby, we needed the accountability of the coaches and teammates to show up each week. ⁣I couldn’t have gotten anywhere in my career without them challenging me and pushing me to strive for higher standards. ⁣We hold our clients to the same high standards as I had in playing. ⁣

⁣Weekly lifestyle check in’s, daily accountability post in our private group and 80% completion in our bespoke coaching app.⁣

I love the team environment I was involved in Rugby, we want to create a community, a team environment, to support each other. ⁣We have created a safe environment of like-minded people. ⁣We win together, we lose together, one thing we guarantee is you won’t feel alone.⁣

How Does the Programme Work?

Why Choose Us?

Semi Private Gym Membership:
Up to 15 hours of semi-private time slots to choose from, plus a selection of our classes, this will make it more flexible than a normal PT 1-hour slot. This is great for those with a busy schedule and helps with accountability and adherence. The gym is exclusively available to Strong Mind clients - this means that it is an inclusive, supportive and private environment. With a maximum of 6 people allowed in at one time, you’re guaranteed exclusive use of the gym facilities, which will stop clients getting overwhelmed and it’s not uncommon to even have the facility to yourself, due to the size of the gym.
