I was stuck in a rut, no confidence, no motivation and didn’t want to do anything, this led onto finding excuse after excuse not to do something about it.

I finally woke up when I looked back at what my hubby achieved with his challenge at Wild Bull and this made me think I can do this too, but, there was only me that could start and make that change.

It took determination and guts to make that first step into the Wild Bull gym back in January but I’m so glad I did, the support received from the instructors and members was unbelievable. After 2 challenges with Wild Bull I can say yes I’ve lost the weight, but also toned up, gained confidence, and I am now healthier and fitter.

Combined with the support from all at Wild Bull and the right mindset of hard work and determination have helped to make a difference in the new ME!
