Mind Body Health was formed in 2019 by Stephen Wild.
Stephen has a wealth of experience in the fitness industry. With over 18 years experience of
playing Super League Rugby playing at the highest level and for the nations best teams.
Stephen was owner of Wild Bull Fitness fitness for the last 8 years transforming 100’s of lives
and has extensive qualifications in his field including, Level 3 qualified in personal training,
Qualified Body Type Nutrition coach and one of the first coaches to become a mental health and
exercise coach.
